I'm Délcio. I've spent the last 6 years making complicated things usable: AI data extraction platforms, chatbot builders, prescription readers, and a USSD purchasing flow for farmers who've never touched a smartphone. Before that I spent nearly a decade in mining regulation in Mozambique, which is where I learned that if people don't trust the system, it doesn't matter how well it works. Currently at Rumor Avenue. Previously built the design function at EasyBits.
